Matthew

4: 15"Land of Zebulun, land of Naphtali, on the road by the sea (thalassa), across the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles
4: 18As he walked by the Sea (thalassa) of Galilee, he saw two brothers, Simon, who is called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net into the sea (thalassa) - for they were fishermen.
8: 24A windstorm arose on the sea (thalassa), so great that the boat was being swamped by the waves; but he was asleep.
8: 26And he said to them, "Why are you afraid, you of little faith?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the sea (thalassa); and there was a dead calm.
8: 27They were amazed, saying, "What sort of man is this, that even the winds and the sea (thalassa) obey him?"
8: 32And he said to them, "Go!" So they came out and entered the swine; and suddenly, the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the sea (thalassa) and perished in the water.
13: 1That same day Jesus went out of the house and sat beside the sea (thalassa).
13: 47"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea (thalassa) and caught fish of every kind;

Mark

4: 41And they were filled with great awe and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea (thalassa) obey him?"

5: 13So he gave them permission. And the unclean spirits came out and entered the swine; and the herd, numbering about two thousand, rushed down the steep bank into the sea (thalassa), and were drowned in the sea (thalassa).

Luke

17: 2It would be better for you if a millstone were hung around your neck and you were thrown into the sea (thalassa) than for you to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
17: 6The Lord replied, "If you had faith the size of a mustard seed, you could say to this mulberry tree, 'Be uprooted and planted in the sea (thalassa),' and it would obey you.
21: 25"There will be signs in the sun, the moon, and the stars, and on the earth distress among nations confused by the roaring of the sea (thalassa) and the waves.

John

6: 1After this Jesus went to the other side of the Sea (thalassa) of Galilee, also called the Sea (thalassa) of Tiberias.
6: 16When evening came, his disciples went down to the sea (thalassa),
6: 17got into a boat, and started across the sea (thalassa) to Capernaum. It was now dark, and Jesus had not yet come to them.
6: 18The sea (thalassa) became rough because a strong wind was blowing.
6: 19When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus walking on the sea (thalassa) and coming near the boat, and they were terrified.
6: 22The next day the crowd that had stayed on the other side of the sea (thalassa) saw that there had been only one boat there. They also saw that Jesus had not got into the boat with his disciples, but that his disciples had gone away alone.
6: 25When they found him on the other side of the sea (thalassa), they said to him, "Rabbi, when did you come here?"
21: 1After these things Jesus showed himself again to the disciples by the Sea (thalassa) of Tiberias; and he showed himself in this way.
21: 7That disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on some clothes, for he was naked, and jumped into the sea (thalassa).

Acts

4: 24When they heard it, they raised their voices together to God and said, "Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth, the sea (thalassa), and everything in them,

Revelation

21: 1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and the sea (thalassa) was no more.
