Verb syneimi (to be with) in the Gospels-Acts

Luke

8: 4When a great crowd was with (syneimi) [him] and people from town after town came to him, he said in a parable:
9: 18Once when Jesus was praying alone, with only the disciples being with (syneimi) him, he asked them, "Who do the crowds say that I am?"

Acts

22: 11Since I could not see because of the brightness of that light, those who were with (syneimi) me took my hand and led me to Damascus.
