Noun pleura (side) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV)

John

19: 34Instead, one of the soldiers pierced his side (pleura) with a spear, and at once blood and water came out.
20: 20After he said this, he showed them his hands and his side (pleura). Then the disciples rejoiced when they saw the Lord.
20: 25So the other disciples told him, "We have seen the Lord." But he said to them, "Unless I see the mark of the nails in his hands, and put my finger in the mark of the nails and my hand in his side (pleura), I will not believe."
20: 27Then he said to Thomas, "Put your finger here and see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it in my side (pleura). Do not doubt but believe."

Acts

12: 7Suddenly an angel of the Lord appeared and a light shone in the cell. He tapped Peter on the side (pleura) and woke him, saying, "Get up quickly." And the chains fell off his wrists.
