Adverb peran (the other side) in the New Testament

Matthew

4: 15"Land of Zebulun, land of Naphtali, on the road by the sea, on the other side (peran) of the Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles
4: 25And great crowds followed him from Galilee, the Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea, and from the other side (peran) of the Jordan.
8: 18Now when Jesus saw great crowds around him, he gave orders to go over to the other side (peran).
8: 28When he came to the other side (peran), to the country of the Gadarenes, two demoniacs coming out of the tombs met him. They were so fierce that no one could pass that way.
