Adverb parachrēma (immediately) in the New Testament

Matthew

21: 19And seeing a fig tree by the side of the road, he went to it and found nothing at all on it but leaves. Then he said to it, "May no fruit ever come from you again!" And the fig tree withered immediately (parachrēma).
21: 20When the disciples saw it, they were amazed, saying, "How did the fig tree wither immediately (parachrēma)?"

Luke

1: 64Immediately (parachrēma) his mouth was opened and his tongue freed, and he began to speak, praising God.
4: 39Then he stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. Immediately (parachrēma) she got up and began to serve them.
5: 25Immediately (parachrēma) he stood up before them, took what he had been lying on, and went to his home, glorifying God.
8: 44She came up behind him and touched the fringe of his clothes, and immediately (parachrēma) her hemorrhage stopped.
