Expression ou dynamai (not being able) in John

(Translation from NRSV for the New Testament and Brenton for the Septuagint with a few modifications for a more litteral meaning)

John

3: 2He came to Jesus by night and said to him, "Rabbi, we know that you are a teacher who has come from God; for no one can (oudeis dynamai) do these signs that you do apart from the presence of God."
3: 3Jesus answered him, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can (mē dynamai) see the kingdom of God without being born from above."
3: 4Nicodemus said to him, "How can anyone be born after having grown old? (One) cannot ( mē dynamai) enter a second time into the mother's womb and be born?"
3: 5Jesus answered, "Very truly, I tell you, no one can (ou dynamai) enter the kingdom of God without being born of water and Spirit.
3: 27John answered, "No one can (ou dynamai) receive anything except what has been given from heaven.
5: 19Jesus said to them, "Very truly, I tell you, the Son cannot (ou dynamai) do anything on his own, but only what he sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, the Son does likewise.
