Matthew

1: 21She will bear a son, and you are to name (onoma) him Jesus, for he will save his people from their sins."
1: 23"Look, the virgin shall conceive and bear a son, and they shall name (onoma) him Emmanuel," which means, "God is with us."
1: 25but had no marital relations with her until she had borne a son; and he called his name (onoma) Jesus.
6: 9"Pray then in this way: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name (onoma).

Mark

Luke

1: 13But the angel said to him, "Do not be afraid, Zechariah, for your prayer has been heard. Your wife Elizabeth will bear you a son, and you will name (onoma) him John.
1: 26In the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent by God to a town in Galilee, the name (onoma) was Nazareth,

John

1: 6There was a man sent from God, whose name (onoma) was John.

18: 10Then Simon Peter, who had a sword, drew it, struck the high priest's slave, and cut off his right ear. The slave's name (onoma) was Malchus.
20: 31But these are written so that you may come to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and that through believing you may have life in his name (onoma).

Acts

1: 15In those days Peter stood up among the believers (together the crowd of names (onoma) about one hundred twenty persons) and said,
2: 21Then everyone who calls on the name (onoma) of the Lord shall be saved.'
2: 38Peter said to them, "Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name (onoma) of Jesus Christ so that your sins may be forgiven; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
3: 6But Peter said, "I have no silver or gold, but what I have I give you; in the name (onoma) of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, stand up and walk."
3: 16And by faith in his name (onoma), his name (onoma) itself has made this man strong, whom you see and know; and the faith that is through Jesus has given him this perfect health in the presence of all of you.
4: 7When they had made the prisoners stand in their midst, they inquired, "By what power or by what name (onoma) did you do this?"
4: 10let it be known to all of you, and to all the people of Israel, that this man is standing before you in good health by the name (onoma) of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead.

18: 15but since it is a matter of questions about words and names (onoma) and your own law, see to it yourselves; I do not wish to be a judge of these matters."
18: 24Now there came to Ephesus a Jew whose name (onoma) (is) Apollos, a native of Alexandria. He was an eloquent man, well-versed in the scriptures.

19: 13Then some itinerant Jewish exorcists tried to use the name (onoma) of the Lord Jesus over those who had evil spirits, saying, "I adjure you by the Jesus whom Paul proclaims."

19: 24A man whose name (onoma) (is) Demetrius, a silversmith who made silver shrines of Artemis, brought no little business to the artisans.
20: 9A young man whose name (onoma) (is) Eutychus, who was sitting in the window, began to sink off into a deep sleep while Paul talked still longer. Overcome by sleep, he fell to the ground three floors below and was picked up dead.
21: 10While we were staying there for several days, a prophet whose name (onoma) (is) Agabus came down from Judea.
21: 13Then Paul answered, "What are you doing, weeping and breaking my heart? For I am ready not only to be bound but even to die in Jerusalem for the name (onoma) of the Lord Jesus."
22: 16And now why do you delay? Get up, be baptized, and have your sins washed away, calling on his name (onoma).'
26: 9"Indeed, I myself was convinced that I ought to do many things against the name (onoma) of Jesus of Nazareth.
27: 1When it was decided that we were to sail for Italy, they transferred Paul and some other prisoners to a centurion of the Augustan Cohort, whose name (onoma) (is) Julius.
28: 7Now in the neighborhood of that place were lands belonging to the leading man of the island, whose name (onoma) (is) Publius, who received us and entertained us hospitably for three days.

1 John

2: 12I am writing to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven on account of his name (onoma).
3: 23And this is his commandment, that we should believe in the name (onoma) of his Son Jesus Christ and love one another, just as he has commanded us.
5: 13I write these things to you who believe in the name (onoma) of the Son of God, so that you may know that you have eternal life.

3 John

1: 7for they began their journey for the name (onoma) of Christ, accepting no support from non-believers.
1: 15Peace to you. The friends send you their greetings. Greet the friends there, each by name (onoma).
