Conjunction heōs (until) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV for the New Testament with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Matthew

1: 17So all the generations from Abraham until (heōs) David are fourteen generations; and from David until (heōs) the deportation to Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the deportation to Babylon until (heōs) the Messiah, fourteen generations.
1: 25but had no marital relations with her until (heōs) she had borne a son; and he named him Jesus.
2: 9When they had heard the king, they set out; and there, ahead of them, went the star that they had seen at its rising, until (heōs) it stopped over the place where the child was.
2: 13Now after they had left, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Get up, take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there until (heōs) I tell you; for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him."
2: 15and remained there until (heōs) the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what had been spoken by the Lord through the prophet, "Out of Egypt I have called my son."

5: 25Come to terms quickly with your accuser until (heōs) you are on the way to court with him, or your accuser may hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the guard, and you will be thrown into prison.

14: 22Immediately he made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side, until (heōs) he dismissed the crowds.
16: 28Truly I tell you, there are some standing here who will not taste death until (heōs) they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."

Mark

Luke
