Mark

15: 37Then Jesus gave a loud cry and breathed his last (ekpneō).
15: 39Now when the centurion, who stood facing him, saw that in this way he breathed his last (ekpneō), he said, "Truly this man was God's Son!"

Luke

23: 46Then Jesus, crying with a loud voice, said, "Father, into your hands I commend my spirit." Having said this, he breathed his last (ekpneō).
