Verb ekmyktērizō (to scoff) in the Gospels-Acts

Luke

16: 14The Pharisees, who were lovers of money, heard all this, and they scoffed (ekmyktērizō) at him.
23: 35And the people stood by, watching; but the leaders scoffed (ekmyktērizō) at him, saying, "He saved others; let him save himself if he is the Messiah of God, his chosen one!"
