Matthew

13: 34Jesus told the crowds all these things in parables; he did not speak to them separately (chōris) from a parable.
14: 21And those who ate were about five thousand men, separately (chōris) from [counting] women and children.
15: 38Those who had eaten were four thousand men, separately (chōris) from [counting] women and children.

Mark

4: 34he did not speak to them separately (chōris) from parables, but he explained everything in private to his disciples.

Luke

6: 49But the one who hears and does not act is like a man who built a house on the ground separately (chōris) from a foundation. When the river burst against it, immediately it fell, and great was the ruin of that house."

John
