Verb anapempō (to send) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV)

Luke

23: 7And when he learned that he was under Herod's jurisdiction, he sent (anapempō) him off to Herod, who was himself in Jerusalem at that time.
23: 11Even Herod with his soldiers treated him with contempt and mocked him; then he put an elegant robe on him, and sent (anapempō) him back to Pilate.
23: 15Neither has Herod, for he sent (anapempō) him back to us. Indeed, he has done nothing to deserve death.

John

25: 21But when Paul had appealed to be kept in custody for the decision of his Imperial Majesty, I ordered him to be held until I could send (anapempō) him to the emperor."
