Matthew

Mark
| 6: 45 | Immediately he compelled (anankazō) his disciples to get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side, to Bethsaida, while he dismissed the crowd. |
Luke
| 14: 23 | Then the master said to the slave, 'Go out into the roads and lanes, and compel (anankazō) people to come in, so that my house may be filled. |
Acts
| 26: 11 | By punishing them often in all the synagogues I tried to compelled (anankazō) them to blaspheme; and since I was so furiously enraged at them, I pursued them even to foreign cities. |
| 28: 19 | But when the Jews objected, I was compelled (anankazō) to appeal to the emperor - even though I had no charge to bring against my nation. |
1 Corinthians
