Verb akouō (to hear, to listen) in John

John

1 John

1: 1We declare to you what was from the beginning, what we have heard (akouō), what we have seen with our eyes, what we have looked at and touched with our hands, concerning the word of life

5: 15And if we know that he hears (akouō) us in whatever we ask, we know that we have obtained the requests made of him.

2 John

1: 6And this is love, that we walk according to his commandments; this is the commandment just as you have heard (akouō) it from the beginning - you must walk in it.

3 John
