| 17: 5 | But the Jews became jealous, and with the help of some ruffians among the regulars of the marketplaces (agoraios) they formed a mob and set the city in an uproar. While they were searching for Paul and Silas to bring them out to the assembly, they attacked Jason's house. |
| 19: 38 | If therefore Demetrius and the artisans with him have a complaint against anyone, the courts of the marketplaces (agoraios) are open, and there are proconsuls; let them bring charges there against one another.
