Verb tynchanō (to get) in the Gospels-Acts

(Translation from NRSV with a few modifications for a more literal meaning)

Luke

20: 35but those who are considered to get (tynchanō) to that age and in the resurrection from the dead neither marry nor are given in marriage.

Acts

19: 11God did through Paul miracles that one does not get (tynchanō) [usually],
24: 2When Paul had been summoned, Tertullus began to accuse him, saying: "Great peace has been gotten (tynchanō) through you, because of you we have long enjoyed peace, and reforms have been made for this people because of your foresight.
26: 22To this day, help having been gotten (tynchanō) from God, I stand here, testifying to both small and great, saying nothing but what the prophets and Moses said would take place:
