This map provides geographical data on Jerusalem at the time of Jesus and the New Testament. It largely reproduces the findings of the Jewish archaeologist M. Avi-Yonah, with additions from the Oxford Bible Atlas (ed. Herbert G. May). In the background is the shadow of the present city of Jerusalem.
