Expression ouch(i) houtos estin (Is not this) in the Gospels-Acts

Matthew

13: 55Is not this (ouch houtos estin) the carpenter's son? Is not his mother called Mary? And are not his brothers James and Joseph and Simon and Judas?

Mark

6: 3Is not this (ouch houtos estin) the carpenter, the son of Mary and brother of James and Joses and Judas and Simon, and are not his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.

Luke

4: 22All spoke well of him and were amazed at the gracious words that came from his mouth. They said, "Is not this (ouchi houtos estin) Joseph's son?"

John

6: 42They were saying, "Is not this (ouch houtos estin) Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How can he now say, 'I have come down from heaven'?"
7: 25Now some of the people of Jerusalem were saying, "Is not this (ouch houtos estin) the man whom they are trying to kill?
