Verb entellō (to command) in the New Testament

(Translation from NRSV for the New Testament with a few modifications for a more litteral meaning)


Matthew

4: 6saying to him, "If you are the Son of God, throw yourself down; for it is written, 'He will command (entellō) his angels concerning you,' and 'On their hands they will bear you up, so that you will not dash your foot against a stone.'"
17: 9As they were coming down the mountain, Jesus commanded (entellō) them, "Tell no one about the vision until after the Son of Man has been raised from the dead."
19: 7They said to him, "Why then did Moses command (entellō) us to give a certificate of dismissal and to divorce her?"
28: 20and teaching them to obey everything that I have commanded (entellō) you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age."

Mark

10: 3He answered them, "What did Moses command (entellō) you?"

Hebrews
